Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 10, 2026.
A $30.00 cancellation fee applies if you cancel within the first 3 months of your subscription starting.
1. Subscription Agreement
By subscribing to the Sugar Blossom Membership Box, the customer agrees to an automatically renewing monthly subscription at a price of $29.99 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes. For customers in Ontario, the monthly total is $33.89 CAD, inclusive of 13% HST. By completing the subscription process, the customer expressly authorizes Sugar Blossom to charge the credit or debit card provided during checkout for the applicable subscription fees and taxes on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization
The subscription will automatically renew each month, and the applicable payment method will be charged on or around the customer's monthly billing date. The customer is responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds or available credit. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Sugar Blossom reserves the right to retry the payment, request updated payment information, suspend shipments, or temporarily suspend the subscription until payment is successfully collected. Any additional charges must be disclosed and authorized as required by law.
3. Initial Three-Month Commitment and Cancellation Fee
The customer acknowledges that the subscription is intended to have an initial three-month commitment. If the customer requests cancellation before completing the first three months of the subscription, a $30 early cancellation fee may apply, provided the fee and commitment are permitted under applicable law. After completion of the initial three-month period, the customer may cancel the subscription without an early cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted through Sugar Blossom's designated cancellation or customer service channel. To avoid the next scheduled renewal charge, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date. If a payment has already been processed or a shipment has entered fulfillment before the cancellation takes effect, the applicable order may still be fulfilled. Any cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law will remain unaffected.
4. Subscription Box Contents and Product Substitutions
The contents of each membership box may vary from month to month and may include different candy varieties, flavours, brands, and quantities depending on product availability. Product images and promotional materials are illustrative and do not guarantee that specific products will be included in every box. Sugar Blossom reserves the right to substitute unavailable products with reasonably comparable alternatives where necessary.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and ensuring that the delivery address remains up to date. Sugar Blossom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Additional shipping charges may apply where a shipment must be resent because of an incorrect address or other delivery issue attributable to the information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law. Customers should contact Sugar Blossom regarding shipments that arrive damaged, incomplete, or fail to arrive within the expected delivery period.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Order Issues
Due to the nature of food products, opened or consumed candy may not be eligible for return. Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders will be reviewed individually, and Sugar Blossom may offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
7. Allergens and Product Information
Membership boxes may contain products with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, and other ingredients. Products may be manufactured or packaged in facilities that process multiple allergens. The customer is responsible for reviewing ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and product labels before consuming any item. Sugar Blossom does not guarantee that membership boxes will be suitable for every allergy, dietary restriction, or personal preference.
8. Changes to Subscription Details
The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Changes to the customer's shipping address or account information should be submitted before the applicable billing or shipping cycle. Sugar Blossom may make reasonable changes to product selections, packaging, shipping schedules, and operational procedures as necessary. Any material changes to subscription pricing or contractual terms will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
9. Failed Payments and Suspension
Where a subscription payment cannot be collected, Sugar Blossom may request updated payment information and suspend future shipments or temporarily suspend the subscription until the payment issue is resolved. Sugar Blossom will not continue collecting recurring subscription payments after an effective cancellation date, except for amounts properly payable under the agreement and permitted by applicable law.
10. Privacy and Payment Processing
The customer acknowledges that personal information provided during subscription registration may be used to administer the membership, process payments, arrange deliveries, provide customer service, and communicate information relating to the subscription. Payment information will be processed through applicable payment processing services in accordance with relevant privacy and security requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sugar Blossom will take reasonable care in preparing and arranging delivery of membership boxes but does not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or the availability of specific products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sugar Blossom will not be liable for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Acceptance and Authorization
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and completing the subscription checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, understand that the subscription automatically renews monthly, authorize Sugar Blossom to charge their selected payment method $29.99 CAD plus applicable taxes each month until cancellation takes effect, and acknowledge the initial three-month commitment and the potential $30 early cancellation fee, where legally enforceable. The customer further acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions form part of the subscription agreement between the customer and Sugar Blossom.
